Wet Basement Repairs

Over the years, we have spent a lot of time trying to understand how water enters basements and how to prevent them from leaking again. We have tried various methods and with years of trials and tribulations, we have taken the best out of each method and combined them into one great method we call “Our Guaranteed Method”.

This method is known as the guaranteed method, because you will never again have a basement flood. This method is the best for waterproofing basements. This allows you to address all of your problems at once. Although some contractors will only recommend that repairs be made from the inside, we strongly advocate exterior basement waterproofing.

Exterior methods are used to repair foundation cracks and change weeping tiles. Tremco waterproofing, Blueskin membrane, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, and Delta membrane will also be used. Once you have applied the correct foundation waterproofing and imported new backfill (if required) you can then adjust the entire landscaping so that water runs away from your house.

This is also a great time to repair the foundation’s parging! You will see a lot more water in your sump pumps system after you have a new weeping tiles in place. Make sure your sump pumps are operating properly. Consider installing a battery backup sump or a water backup sump to protect your main pump from power outages.

This industry has been a passion of mine for a long time. I like the science behind wastewater treatment and it also ties in nicely with my wet basement philosophies in the sense that you have to understand water and how it behaves in order to effectively get rid of it.

Our septic system designs and repairs we also offer septic system installations. If it’s a new septic tank that you need, we install both concrete septic tanks and plastic septic tanks. Although I recommend concrete tanks, sometimes you need a plastic tank. When that happens, we use the toughest tanks in the industry, Roth!

Our installations are always installed according to the Ontario Building Code and often we surpass their requirements.
